Accessibility statement

Last reviewed: 5 November 2026.

We want every rider to be able to use this website, find the studio and ask for an appointment, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML with one main heading per page and headings in order.
  • A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
  • Everything works with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus ring.
  • Text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, and large text at least 3:1.
  • Buttons and links have a touch target of at least 44 by 44 pixels.
  • Every image has a text description. Descriptions of illustrations begin with “Illustration of”.
  • The booking form has visible labels, says which fields are required, and explains any error next to the field.
  • The mobile menu can be closed with the Escape key and keeps focus inside it while open.
  • If your device is set to reduce motion, scroll animations and smooth scrolling are turned off and all content stays visible.
  • A back-to-top button appears after you scroll down, and can be reached with the keyboard.
  • The site works from a 360 pixel wide phone screen up, with no sideways scrolling.

Known limits

  • Some fonts and scripts load from outside services. If they are blocked, the site uses system fonts and no animation, and still works.

Another way to book

If anything on the site gets in your way, email getfast@speedstudio.nyc and we will arrange your appointment directly.

Tell us about a problem

If you find something that is hard to use, please email getfast@speedstudio.nyc with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

Access to the studio

The studio is not open to the public. Fittings are by appointment only. The studio is on the second floor and is reached by steep steps with hard surfaces. Please contact us before you book if you need to discuss access.
